1. Eligibility
SheRatesYou is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. By purchasing a review, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.

2. Our Service
SheRatesYou provides personal, subjective video feedback on photos and dating or social media profiles, recorded by independent reviewers. Reviews reflect one individual's personal opinion and are provided for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only. They are not professional, medical, psychological, or relationship advice, and we make no guarantees about dating outcomes, matches, or results.

3. Photos and Content
You retain ownership of any photos you submit. By submitting photos, you confirm that they are of yourself, that you have the right to share them, and that they do not depict any other identifiable person without that person's consent. Submitted photos are used solely to produce your review and are not published, shared, or used for marketing without your separate, explicit consent.

4. Payment and Delivery
Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. Reviews are typically delivered within 72 hours of submitting your photos. If we are unable to deliver your review within 5 days of your photo submission, you are entitled to a full refund.

5. Refund Policy
Because each review is personally created for you, all sales are final once a review has been delivered. If you believe your review did not meet the description of the product purchased (e.g., wrong length, wrong format, missing required elements), contact us at support@sheratesyou.com within 7 days of receiving your review, and we will provide a revision or, where appropriate, a refund.

6. Prohibited Submissions
You may not submit photos containing nudity, sexually explicit content, minors, or any content that violates applicable law. Orders containing prohibited content will be canceled and refunded, and may be reported as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SheRatesYou and its reviewers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable review.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
