When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, the photos you submit, and any optional notes you provide. Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

We use this information solely to produce and deliver your review. Your photos are shared only with the reviewer assigned to your order and are not published, used in marketing, or shown to anyone else without your separate, explicit consent.

3. Data Retention
We retain your submitted photos for 30 days after your review is delivered, after which they are permanently deleted. Your name and email may be retained longer for order records and customer support purposes.

4. Third Parties
We use Stripe to process payments and Squarespace to host our website and collect form submissions. These providers may process your data as part of providing their services to us, subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Your Rights
You may request that we delete your submitted photos or personal information at any time by contacting support@sheratesyou.com. We will honor such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
